Regarding the fixed-point observation of cherry blossoms, the weather has been bad and cold for the past few days. It feels like we've finally seen some sunny weather since the middle of the week. It seems that cherry blossom festivals are held all over the United States, but Totsuka is also in bloom. The picture is from Monday of this week. It feels like it's 50% blooming.
